Rik Smits makes detailed pencil drawings of fictional cities, large bouquets and fantasy worlds. His work features fairytale geishas, tigers, birds and other special characters. The drawings are full of references, stories, beautiful patterns and brilliant use of colour.
WANDSCHAPPEN presents a monumental collection of monochrome Felt Plants in the midst of this exuberant world.
The exhibition takes place from 18 July to 7 September. The gallery is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00 all summer long.
