Nieuw Charlois has invited nine artists that have had a solo show between 2021 and 2024 in Nieuw Charlois Wolphaertsbocht 81 to be part of the group show “The shape of color” in the new project space in C3 Studios. The show is about the application of color (mostly monochrome) in relation to technique and shape, something that all the artists are connected to in their practice.
The show has been opened by Anne-Marie Ros, city of Rotterdam art guide, collector and art specialist. She talked with some of the artists about their work and the show as a whole.
